As Christmas is approaching, I thought I’d just give a quick update— what do you mean it’s already February? No! Really? Wow. I’ve been so busy writing, I didn’t notice. I should probably take down my decorations, then.

Book 25 is going to be out soon. It’s not finished yet, mostly because it’s so long, which I suppose was inevitable when I decided to compress three books into one. After this, I do have some ideas for other stories set in this world, and featuring these characters (Tuck’s return to Europe, an eyewitness account of the Muster Points, life in one of the bunker’s John built, are the ones spinning around my head right now) and it’d also be fun to finally jump forward a bit and see what kind of world they do actually build.

The first half of the book is at the editing stage, but there’s a bit of rewriting to be done with the ending, so I can’t give a time frame for when it’ll be finished, but spring seems reasonable (or did before I realised it was February.)

In the meantime, I’ve been working on a new pre-apocalyptic series initially set in London, which will be out later this year. :)
